    Warren brings a rare combination of federal regulatory experience and personal estate planning insight. After starting his career as an engineer, he practiced corporate merger regulation for over a decade at the U.S. Department of Justice and as a partner in a major Washington, D.C. law firm. When Warren relocated to the New River Valley with his family, he shifted his focus to helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

    Today, Warren guides clients through estate planning, trust administration, elder law, and asset protection with warmth, precision, and empathy. He’s known for creatively helping people prepare with confidence — and without unnecessary complexity.

    Ben is a trusted legal advisor who brings a creative and collaborative approach to solving complex legal issues.  Ben has represented a variety of individuals, businesses, and property managers in a variety of transactional and litigation matters in Southwest Virginia.  Prior to joining Rosewood Pierce, Ben counseled and advised clients on real property transactions and disputes, business transactions and disputes, landlord tenant issues, collections cases, and civil litigation matters. 

    Before moving to the New River Valley, Ben served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David Lannetti and Michelle Atkins of the Norfolk Circuit Court.  During law school, Ben placed 1st at the University of Richmond Robert R. Merhige, Jr. Negotiations Competition, and placed 2nd in the International Price Media Moot Court competition, where he qualified to compete internationally at the University of Oxford, UK.

    Amy has over 20 years combined law firm and in-house experience advising fast-paced businesses across various industries, including high-tech R&D and manufacturing, software, automotive, aerospace, government contracting, and healthcare. She is a trusted legal and business advisor to executives, senior leaders, and business teams, having served as General Counsel to multiple companies. She is skilled in advising growing companies, negotiating business-critical commercial agreements, protecting intellectual property, and handling mergers & acquisitions, financings, and other sophisticated corporate transactions. She has also represented purchasers, sellers, developers, JV partners, contractors, lenders, and owners in negotiation and documentation of commercial lending and real estate transactions.
